Overview: We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in flooring installation, trim carpentry, blueprint reading, and various construction-related tasks. Responsibilities: - Install various types of flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile - Perform trim carpentry work to ensure a finished look - Read and interpret blueprints to execute flooring installations accurately - Handle fixture installation as needed - Conduct buffing and refinishing of floors - Assist with water damage restoration projects - Execute construction painting tasks when required - Utilize hand tools effectively for installation and repairs - Estimate construction materials and labor costs accurately Requirements: - Proven experience in flooring installation and related tasks - Proficiency in trim carpentry techniques - Ability to read and understand blueprints for accurate installations - Familiarity with fixture installation procedures - Knowledge of buffing techniques for floor finishing - Experience in water damage restoration is a plus - Competency in construction painting methods - Proficient in using a variety of hand tools for installations and repairs - Strong maintenance person skills for general construction tasks This position offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a skilled Flooring Installer to showcase their expertise in various construction-related tasks.
